Ms. Mineker’s inclusion on this year’s list highlights her leadership in advancing RIAC’s Capital Improvement Program, her strategic oversight of major airport infrastructure projects, and her role in delivering long-term investments that enhance safety, capacity, and the passenger experience across Rhode Island’s airport system.
