The FAA has completed preparing the T.F. Green Airport Improvement Program Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) which evaluates the environmental consequences of the proposed T.F. Green Airport Improvement Program. The DEIS can be viewed at www.vhb.com/pvd/eis
The official comment period on the DEIS will last 45 days starting on July 16, 2010 through August 30, 2010.
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 5:30pm at the Community College of Rhode Island-Knight Campus Auditorium.
The public hearing is an opportunity for the community to provide comments on the DEIS. All oral comments presented in person at the Public Hearing will be recorded by a stenographer and a transcript of comments will be prepared.
