The airport’s Baggage Information Display System (BIDS) has also been improved to now include flight specific baggage information on each of the baggage claim belts on the lower level arrivals area.

“At Green Airport, our passengers are our first priority,” said Kevin A. Dillon, President and CEO of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. “We want our travelers to have the best information out there to make their travel as seamless as possible. These enhancements are part of our continued commitment to an exceptional customer experience.”

T.F. Green Airport partnered with airport technology company ProDIGIQ to install the new flight information system which includes arriving and departing flight data.
