"Best Airport" recognition could help boost state travel and tourism industry

As the number of complete vaccinations expand in the U.S. and airline passenger volume slowly begins to increase, T. F. Green Airport is calling on its many fans to help boost the profile of Rhode Island’s airport by helping it gain recognition as one of the nation’s best airports by Condé Nast Traveler magazine.  The Rhode Island Airport Corporation has continued to urge support for such competitive recognition as the state’s travel and tourism economy continues to recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
