Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport is easy to access off Interstate 95 North and South at Exit 29. Bear left at the end of the exit for the arrivals roadway and arriving passengers. It is also accessible via Rt. 295, connecting to 95. The curb area outside of the terminal is only for immediate drop-off and pick-up.
Cell Phone Lot: If you need to wait for a longer period of time, it is advised that you park in Lot D in front of the terminal or use the Cell Phone Waiting Lot located at 2200 Post Road, Warwick, just a short 1 minute drive to the Arrivals curb. The lot, which has 52 parking spaces, is well lit and maintained by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC). RIAC Police monitor the lot on regular patrols and any unattended vehicles will be subject to fines or towing. Commercial vehicles and vehicles for hire are not authorized to utilize the Cell Phone Waiting Lot.

Federal law prohibits vehicles from parking or waiting in front of the airport terminal building.
Only active unloading of passengers is allowed; unattended vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Federal Law: Don't Wait on the Curb
Federal law prohibits vehicles from parking or waiting in front of the airport terminal building. There are large red signs with white numbers on the support pillars to facilitate the easy location of friends and family. The airport encourages waiting friends and family to use the established parking facilities or use the free Cell Phone Waiting Lot located at 2200 Post Road, Warwick, just a short drive to the Arrivals curb. The arriving passenger can contact their ride via cell phone and update them on what numbered pillar they are standing near.
